Two Ways To
Save With iNest
iNest offers you an iNest 1% Cash Back Coupon for
builders who have joined our Featured Builder program.
- Request an iNest Cash Back coupon online from iNest
BEFORE visiting builder sales offices.
- Present the coupon on your FIRST visit to the
builder sales office.
- Sign a sales contract and fax a copy of the coupon
and contract to iNest.
- Close on your new home and receive the rebate 10-15
business days after closing.
- To claim your rebate, fax a copy of the coupon and
contract to iNest.
You can still receive an iNest 1% Cash Back rebate
for builder communities that do not accept iNest coupons. Follow these steps to
secure your 1% cash back rebate for standard builders:
- Find a Standard
Builder you are interested in.
- Complete the 1% Cash Back request form on the iNest
website for your community of interest.
- Call us at 1-800-541-8562 at least two days
BEFORE you contact or visit any builders.
The iNest program is not intended to solicit
prospective homebuyers who already have a Buyer Agency Agreement with a
non-iNest real estate agent. If you are already under contract with a non-iNest
real estate agent to purchase a new home, you are ineligible for iNest?s cash
back program.
Rebate not available in Missouri. In addition,
certain states (including but not limited to North Carolina, South Carolina,
Tennessee and Oregon) require that incentives be given as either a credit at
closing or as a reduction of closing costs or to appear on the HUD-1 settlement
statement. Base price excludes options, upgrades and lot premiums. iNest
reserves the right to pay rebate to Home Buyer in the form of paying closing
costs on the HUD-1 Settlement Statement if so required by the lender or other
party to the close or by applicable law, in the form of a discount on the
purchase price if so required or transacted by the builder or other party to the
close or by applicable law, or, at iNest's sole discretion, in any other form
based on the needs or requirements specific to the transaction. Other
